Phineas and Ferb is getting a new season. After all these years, the show is picking up exactly where it left off. The summer chaos is officially back.
New Season, Same Old Chaos
The show picks up right where it left off, with Phineas and Ferb diving into a new series of wild inventions and crazy projects. As always, their older sister Candace is on a mission to expose them to their mom, while Perry the Platypus continues his secret life as Agent P, battling his nemesis Dr. Doofenshmirtz.

Original Cast Returns
One of the most exciting parts about the comeback is the return of the original voice cast. Vincent Martella, Ashley Tisdale, David Errigo Jr., Alyson Stoner and Dee Bradley Baker are all back, making it feel like nothing has changed since the early 2010s. Even the show’s creators, Dan Povenmire and Jeff “Swampy” Marsh, are reprising their roles.
And There Are Some Wild Guest Stars
Season 5 also brings a bunch of exciting guest stars into the mix. Fans can expect appearances from big names like Anna Faris, Michael Bublé, Leslie Jones, Meghan Trainor, John Stamos and more.
Nostalgia Done Right
There are a lot of reboots and revivals these days, and most of them get mixed reactions. But for this one, people genuinely seem excited. Comments on social media are full of love for the show. Fans are saying it looks exactly how they remember it, and that’s what makes it so special. A lot of animated shows, like SpongeBob, change their look over time and when that happens, it often takes the nostalgia away.

People usually connect to the version they grew up with, and that’s why Phineas and Ferb coming back without a full redesign has people excited.
Where To Watch
New episodes are airing weekly on Disney Channel and Disney XD starting June 5. The full season will also be available to stream on Disney Plus beginning June 6. This will be super fun for a new generation discovering the show for the first time, and just as exciting for everyone who grew up watching it years ago.
Are you gonna watch?
