Hayden Christensen has shared an unusual story about catching a burglar inside his home. The star of the Star Wars prequel trilogy recalled the shocking encounter during a panel at L.A. Comic-Con on October 30.

Hayden Christensen Catches Burglar Inside His Home
According to Christensen, the incident happened several years ago when he was at home and talking on the phone. He suddenly heard his front door open, followed by someone walking upstairs.
Initially, the actor assumed it was a friend he was expecting to visit and didn't think much of the noise. However, when he went to investigate, he found a stranger carrying a collection of his belongings.
Christensen recalled being confused and shocked by the sight. "I'm like, is this a delivery guy? And I look, and I'm like, this is all my stuff," the actor described.
The situation took an unexpected turn when the intruder recognized the actor. Rather than continuing with the theft, the man immediately apologized and began handing back the stolen possessions.
Star Wars Actor Offers to Help the Burglar
Christensen explained that the man told him he had been trying to raise enough money to buy a ticket home. Instead of immediately escalating the situation, the actor decided to offer him some assistance. He reportedly told the man that he would drive him to a train station the following day and pay for his ticket.
The actor also learned that the man was struggling to find work because he didn't have suitable clothing. In response, Christensen offered him some clothes and a pair of shoes.
He further stated that the man never returned to take Christensen up on his offer of a free train ticket.
