ED Boon has teased the Mortal Kombat community with fighters they might release upcoming year of Mortal Kombat 1, including some horror icons.
"Who would you like to see most?" asked Ed Boon on X and wanted to know which of the four suggestion for a new Kameo fighter the fans wanted to see in Mortal Kombat 1
What Is A Kameo Fighter?
In Mortal Kombat 1, you get to pick a fighter and a Kameo fighter. The Kameo isn't actively playable, but you can call on the Kameo fighter to use special attacks that give you a different way to do combos and open up new possibilities.
The New Kameos
In a post on X Ed Boon gave the community four suggestions, who might be coming to the game following the next year.

The Four suggestions are:
- Blanche: an old lady that you can find in Mortal Kombat X. She is standing at the stage and can be thrown at the enemy.
- Kidd Thunder: A smaller meme version of the famous god of thunder Raiden
- Invincible: the hero from the Amazon Prime Cartoon "Invincible"
- Chucky: The famous Killer puppet from the movie "Child's Play"
It looks like all the Kameos are just a fun suggestion for now, but who knows what the future holds!
Right now, it seems like Invincible is the clear front-runner, which would be fitting, since his dad Omni-Man is a playable character in this game. The iconic puppet is in second place, but who knows, maybe we'll get both!
