Honkai: Star Rail version 2.7
New Trailblaze Mission Chapter
There are a lot of new things coming to version 2.7, but let's start with the most important one: the new Trailblaze Mission Chapter! In "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn" we will finally see two very familiar faces again, Sunday and Tingyun — now named Fugue.
Sunday is a wanted convict on the run, looking to make peace with the past and learn for himself what being human truly means. Meanwhile, Tingyun is trying to find her way home after having been saved by the Genius Society member Ruan Mei.
What seemingly ties them both together is their journey of self-discovery and redefining who they are. And it's up to the crew of the Astral Express to guide them on this journey.
They even teased a "major choice" for the Trailblazers in the stream, but what could that be...?
Event Warps
In version 2.7, the two new 5-star characters Sunday and Fugue will be featured on the limited event banners. Here's what the banners will look like:
Phase 1:
- 5-star Characters Sunday and Jing Yuan
- 5-star Lightcones "A Grounded Ascent" and "Before Dawn"
- 4-star Characters Qingque, Arlan, and Tingyun
- 4-star Lightcones "Poised to Bloom", "The Birth of the Self", and "Swordplay"
Phase 2:
- 5-star Characters Fugue and Firefly
- 5-star Lightcones "Long Road Leads Home" and "Whereabouts Should Dreams Rest"
- 4-star Characters Gallagher, Yukong, and Misha
- 4-star Lightcones "Indelible Promise", "Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat", and "Concert for Two"
Events
There are new events coming for us in the next version, as always, but one of these really surprised most players!
Cosmic Home Décor Guide:
The crew of the Astral Express has finally decided to give the Trailblazer their own room after over a year of living on the Express. It's a bit sad that it took so long, but the devs make it up for us by allowing us to decorate our own space.
Between the Frames:
March 7th is excited to show off her photography skills at Paperfold University and make a name for herself, so the Trailblazer has to help her find the perfect spots and poses to snap the perfect pictures!
Gift of Odyssey:
A regularly recurring event that gives the player a total of 10 Event Warps over the course of 7 days. Players simply have to log into the game and claim their rewards.
Planar Fissure:
Double drops for Simulated Universe and Divergent Universe's Planar Ornaments.
Realm of the Strange:
Double drops for Cavern of Corrosion's Cavern Relics.
Quality of Life
A few quality of life changes will also be made to the game.
- Story Recap: players can use this to recall any previous relevant quests before continuing with the Trailblaze Mission to refresh their memory if a lot of time has passed.
- Divergent Universe Update: New Curios, Weighted Curios, Equations and Occurrences. The save file will now last longer than a week, refreshing with every Divergent Universe reset instead.
- Pure Fiction Update: New "Grit" mechanics added. Activate these mechanics for characters to enter "Surging Grit" and obtain strong combat buffs. Non-boss enemies will now continuously respawn, and defeating them will also deal damage to the boss enemy.
- Forgotten Hall Update: The highest "quick-clear" Floor will be adjusted from Floor 7 to Floor 9, meaning you only have to beat Floor 9 and 10 to clear the Forgotten Hall.
- Storage Clearing: The option to delete old excess audio and video files will be added. This is especially useful for mobile players with very limited storage space.
- Wishful Resin: A new rare item used to select a Relic's sub-stats in Customized Synthesis. It can be crafted from Self-Modelling Resin and obtained via events.
- Variable Dice: An item that allows players to swap the enhancements of sub-stats on their Relics. Meaning that if you roll 3x DEF on your otherwise perfect Relic, you can swap that enhancement to be 3x Crit DMG.
Codes & 5-star Selector
In version 2.7, players can log into the game to claim a 5-star character from the Standard Banner of their choosing. The choices are Welt, Himeko, Bailu, Yanqing, Clara, Bronya, and Gepard.
And here are the three codes from the Special Program, giving you 100x Stellar Jades each. They will expire 2024/11/23 23:59 (UTC+8), so make sure to claim them quickly!
