Massive new Pokémon leaks are painting a picture of a franchise on the verge of transformation. From the rumored Wind & Waves duo said to anchor Generation 10, to the ambitious Project Seed, Game Freak’s future plans might finally deliver the evolution fans have been dreaming of. If true, Pokémon’s next era could be its most daring yet.

A Leak So Big It Shook The Pokémon World

The most prominent Pokémon leaker, CentroLeaks, has made another massive data drop public, likely stemming from last year’s so-called Teraleak. The new files reportedly include a development roadmap extending to 2030, outlining Game Freak’s long-term plans for the franchise. According to the leak, the next two generations of Pokémon may already be mapped out, and most notably, it mentions a mysterious project called Project Seed. This title appears to be an MMO-style experiment, which would mark a major innovation in the franchise’s decades-old formula.

Wind & Waves: The Next Generation Of Pokémon

The tenth mainline Pokémon generation is reportedly titled Wind & Waves. According to the leak, the game takes place in a jungle-filled region inspired by Southeast Asia, particularly Malaysia and Indonesia. Players are said to begin their journey in a large city based on Kuala Lumpur.

The overarching theme is described as infinity. A new category called Seed Pokémon is reportedly introduced. These are special baby Pokémon whose evolutions are said to be infinite.

The legendary Pokémon are rumored to be based on a grandfather and a grandmother. In addition to that a new battle mechanic named Tenko Waza is mentioned and is said to have a connection to weather, with no further details known.

The game is also said to include a hub area that functions as an MMO-style lobby, where players can interact and accept quests.

Project Seed Might Be The Most Ambitious Pokémon Experiment Yet

Project Seed is the real centerpiece of the recent Pokémon leaks. This mysterious project is reportedly an MMO-style game that combines the first four regions of the series (Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh) into one connected world. All of these regions are based on real locations in Japan, which suggests that the project might focus on uniting the franchise’s original setting into a single, larger map. If accurate, it would mark the first time that multiple regions appear together in a single Pokémon title, potentially allowing players to travel between them in one continuous experience.

There is no official confirmation from Game Freak or The Pokémon Company, and the project’s current development status remains unclear. The name "Seed" itself may be symbolic, suggesting the beginning of a larger phase in Pokémon’s evolution toward more connected and expansive worlds.

What It All Could Mean For Pokémon’s Future

You always have to be careful with leaks. They can be outdated or simply untrue, and until Game Freak officially confirms any of this information, it should all be treated with skepticism. Still, these reports have sparked major discussions within the community and raised expectations for what might come next. If the leaks do turn out to be real, the Pokémon franchise could be on the verge of the biggest transformation in its history.
