Exciting news for fans: All showcased titles support Xbox Play Anywhere, meaning they can be played on both console and PC. Many of the games will also be available on Xbox Game Pass on day one.

World Premieres And Highlights

The world premiere of Armatus was one of the standout moments of the show. This third-person roguelite shooter from Counterplay Games (Godfall) plunges players into a demon-infested Paris. As a masked warrior, you must save humanity from a mysterious threat. The game is set to release in 2026 for Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Cloud and will be available day one on Game Pass.

Another highlight was Crowsworn, a stylish Metroidvania heavily inspired by Hollow Knight Silksong. Players explore the dark world of Fearanndal, fight monsters, solve puzzles, and upgrade their abilities to uncover the secrets of this cursed land. Crowsworn will also be playable on Game Pass from day one.

In the horror and co-op category, The Mound: Omen of Cthulu stands out. Players explore an eerie coastal landscape filled with dangerous forests and supernatural forces. Inspired by H.P. Lovecraft, the game emphasizes teamwork and strategic survival. It is scheduled for release in summer 2026.

Horror And Cooperative Adventures

From the creators of Little Nightmares comes Reanimal, a dark co-op horror game where two siblings must rescue their missing friends. With new gameplay mechanics and terrifying creatures, the game promises an intense experience. Release is set for February 13, 2026.

For players who enjoy humor, Roadside Research is a co-op simulator where you play as an alien undercover at a rural gas station. While completing everyday tasks, you secretly gather intelligence on humans but drawing too much attention could jeopardize your mission. The game launches in early 2026 and is available day one on Game Pass.

Action-Packed Titles And Sequels

Other major announcements include Zoopunk, an action game featuring anthropomorphic animal characters on a quest for a powerful artifact, and Tides of Annihilation, which showcases epic boss battles where players can shift between different realities. A surprise reveal was Raji: Kaliyuga, the sequel to the award-winning indie game. The game transitions from an isometric view to third-person action, expanding the story with gods, demons, and mystical conflicts.

Not to forget, there are DLCs and special missions: Dave the Diver: In the Jungle expands the beloved diving adventure, while Hitman World of Assassination features a unique mission where Agent 47 faces Eminem’s alter ego, Slim Shady.

The November 2025 Xbox Partner Preview offered a balanced mix of world premieres, horror, action, co-op adventures, and sequels. Fans can enjoy many of these games on Game Pass and across multiple platforms thanks to Xbox Play Anywhere.
