Riot Games has had enough of the Caitlyn meta in the bot-lane and has made some changes to the ADC role by buffing and nerfing some of our favorite champions. We've compiled a list of the champions you should definitely try out in your Solo Queue grind.

In this LoL Tier List we'll show you the best League champs for each lane after LoL Patch 10.19. We especially focus on win-rate and carry potential.

What ADC is Strongest on Patch 10.19?

5. Miss Fortune (Win Rate: 52.1%)

Miss Fortune is back on our list. This patch her play and win rate has stayed steady, which only shows that she is a solid pick up for the bottom lane. She is a great pick-up if Caitlyn, Ashe or Jhin are out of reach. She is especially strong in the early game, since she has a strong laning phase and it’s easy for you to poke out your opponents by landing her Q – Double up. She is also very strong in the late game and one well-placed ultimate from the edge of a teamfight can steal games.

4. Ezreal (Win Rate: 48.9%)

Ezreal is a champion with a high skill ceiling. Due to his whole kit relying on skillshots. He is still one of the strongest champions in the game though. Pro Players use him against Ashe or even Caitlyn on this patch which shows just how good of a champion he can be. His early game is his weakness, since his wave clear isn’t the greatest as well as how it eats up his mana. The mid-game is when he truly shines. Two-item Ezreal is one of the strongest champions in the game. His kit allows him to move out of danger as well in case you ever step too far forward with his E – Arcane Shift. Overall, his whole kit makes him a viable pick into any of the powerhouse ADCs.

3. Caitlyn (Win Rate: 49.3%)

Arcade Caitlyn

Caitlyn has fallen from her number one spot due to Riot nerfing her to try and make the ADC meta more diverse. Her base AD damage is down, as well as her headshot damage which will hurt her in the early game, but doesn’t make her any less viable this patch. Her range is still incredible and not many champions can go toe-to-toe with her, making her incredibly strong. To be honest, between the top 3 champs there is not much of a difference in strength. We couldn’t place all of them on the number one spot, though, right?

2. Ashe (Win Rate: 50.6%)

High Noon Ashe
Her utility makes her a dangerous pick in patch 10.19 (Image credit: Riot Games)

We might sound like a broken record, but Ashe’s whole kit is just strong through-and-through. Her laning is incredible and being able to scout the enemy jungler early with her Hawkshot can let your team know which lanes to push and where to fall back. Information is key to winning in League of Legends and Ashe is able to provide that.

She can enable any teamfight with her ultimate, as well as pick off strangling enemies which makes her invaluable in the late to mid-game. Her cc from the arrow is incredible and can enable her team to delete enemies before they even know what hit them.

1. Jhin (Win Rate: 51.6%)

Dark Star Jhin
Jhin has damage and range – everything you need to dominate as an ADC (Image Credit: Riot games)

Jhin has slowly crept his way to the top of the list and has finally made it to the number one spot of ADCs this patch! This is mostly due to the direct nerfs to his competition. Jhin’s weakness is his low mobility which means you should definitely pick up Fleet Footwork to counter this. What makes him so strong though? Well, his range is one thing. Even when Caitlyn hadn’t been nerfed Jhin could go head-to-head with her when it came to range and damage.

Jhin's AD scales with attack speed and critical hit chance, which gives him incredible damage in the late game. Building Storm Razor into Infinity Edge will let you deal max damage throughout any fight. Add in the burst from your fourth shot and no one can compare to Jhin’s damage output.
