Some precious metals shine brighter in the darkness. Who can identify? pic.twitter.com/PNISikrgco
It seems like Call of Duty aren't done with its pop culture references and are adding The Terminator to its game. CoD has added a long list of notable movie characters, the most recent ones being Godzilla and King Kong, to its game. When Verdansk was still around, they released the 2 popular action heroes John McClane from the 'Die Hard' franchise and Rambo from, well the 'Rambo' movies. Back then, there were rumours surrounding a possible Terminator release, but nothing ever came of it, and it seems like this is about to change.
Will The Terminator Come To CoD?
Yes, it sure does look like that. Call of Duty just tweeted the picture above, and if you're wondering how the hell this confirms the release of The Terminator, then you have to look at the picture through a different pair of eyes or through a different filter. Their last line: "Some precious metals shine brighter in the darkness", alludes to the fact, that you have to darken the image to see the inscription on the silver bar. Luckily, the Twitter comments came in clutch and gave us a peak.

In this Tweet, one user darkened the teased picture and behold, you can see an inscription on the silver bar. The writing on the bar reads: SKYNET - MYMETIC POLYALLOY. Everyone familiar with the Terminator movies will know what these words mean.
Skynet is the main antagonist in the Terminator franchise, and is the artificial superintelligence system. It gained its own consciousness in the movies and decided to terminate the human race through a nuclear war, and its Terminator robots. Which is where 'Mymetic Polyalloy' comes in. Mymetic Polyalloy is a type of artificial liquid metal that is applied to advanced Terminators. This metal allows the Terminators to take any form they want, which you can see in the movies. This metal is applied to the Series 1000, Series 950 and the Series X. This means we will see one of those as part of a bundle.
When Will The Terminator Be Available In Cod?
Call of Duty just teased his arrival, so it's unclear when exactly The Terminator will be available, but according to some early leaks, we will be getting the Terminator with the Mid-Season 4 update. As season 4 hasn't even released yet, this is quite a ways away. It seems unlogical to tease the arrival of the Terminator right before season 4, and then release him several weeks later, so an early arrival could be a possibility.

What Bundles Can We Expect To See?
According to some early leaks, we will be getting 2 limited time bundles. Some leaks mention the T-800 and T-1000 as part of these bundles. To be honest, it seems fairly obvious what we should be getting. At least one of these bundles will include Arnold Schwarzenegger as the Terminator. He is the face of the Terminator franchise, and not bringing him as part of one of these bundles just seems illogical. The second bundle should include a Terminator in its skeletal form. It's just such an iconic look, and I think it would look great in Warzone running around as one of these killer robots. But that's just pure speculation at this point. I guess we just have to wait and see what Activision has to offer. But we expect both Bundles to go for, 2400 CoD-Points. This price shouldn't surprise anyone.
And that's all the info we have concerning the arrival of the Terminator in CoD. Honestly, I'm kinda excited, and I loved the addition of John McClane into Warzone. Hopefully, they have an amazing looking blueprint and some awesome executions. Once we get some official details, we will update this article.
