Cities Skyline 2 is one of the most awaited games for every fan of city building and management games. Now publisher Paradox Interactive has revealed the release date.
The Cities: Skylines II release date was officially revealed, with good news for all the fans of the franchise – in just a couple of months, you will be able to play it. Cities: Skylines was, and still is, one of the most successful city building and management games of all time and has gathered a dedicated community since its release in 2015.
Now, more than eight years later, publisher Paradox Interactive and developer Colossal Order Ltd. announced the successor Cities: Skylines II. It's been a big week for Paradox, since they already announced a lot of new stuff, like the grand strategy game Star Trek: Infinite or the next expansion for Stellaris.
Cities Skylines 2 Release Date Revealed
As announced, Cities Skylines II will be released on October 24, 2023. This was revealed in a trailer shown at the Xbox Showcase. If you are a fan of the franchise or of city builder and management games, you can already pre-order it on Steam in two different versions. These are the normal base game version and the Cities: Skylines II – Ultimate Edition.
Cities: Skylines II will be playable on PC, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5. So get ready to build skyscrapers, provide water and electricity supply, manage the traffic and develop your city into a metropolis.
