Crytek have revealed the release window for the upcoming Crysis Remastered Trilogy. The upcoming remaster will be the first time Crysis has jumped onto our screens since 2013's Crysis 3 (apart from last year's Crysis 1 remaster), and is a big deal for fans of the classic shooter. Do you remember Crysis? It's that fantastic game from the late 2000's and early 2010's that boasted some of the most impressive and high-fidelity visuals of its time. It was also an insanely neat shooter, with some super cool twists on the at-the-time-saturated market of sci-fi shooters! Well, it's getting a remaster, and we have the Crysis Remastered Trilogy release date for you!

What is the Crysis Remastered Trilogy Release Date?
Crysis Remastered Trilogy is set for a Fall 2021 release date. The original Crysis was remastered last year, though there was a bit of a controversy surrounding the visual fidelity of the original remaster. The game was delayed, though, and when it eventually released in 2020, the game released to pretty decent reception. Anyway, the Crysis Remastered Trilogy release date will be in Fall of 2021, and we're pretty hyped!
What is in the Crysis Remastered Trilogy?
Crysis Remastered Trilogy will include all three games in the original Crysis trilogy, and each will be available for separate standalone purchase. They will release on all the major consoles, including PC and Switch, and will include a huge amount of visual improvements. These improvements include anything from high quality 8K textures, to screen space reflections and shadow improvements.
Look, it's all bollocks to me too. It looks like it will be beautiful (unsurprising), perfect for the next-gen consoles, and a whole lot of fun. If you haven't checked out the original Crysis games before, this will be a pretty fantastic way to start! Well, 2021's shaping up to be an insane and fantastic year in gaming.
