Many players are eagerly awaiting controller support for "Only Up!" since it would make the jump'n'run aspect way easier. However, the latest update released on June 15, which aimed to make the game less frustrating, did not include controller support. This decision has sparked disappointment and anger among a portion of the player base.

The lack of controller support has been a major point of contention for the players who enjoyed the challenging and frustrating aspects of the game. They argue that the difficulty level and the touchy controls were what made the game enjoyable in the first place.

In case Only Up! gets controller support in the near future, take a look at this model... Hopefully it'll get you up this time.

Why 'Only Up!' Doesn't Have Controller Support

Currently, the situation with controller support in "Only Up!" doesn't seem promising. Using a handheld controller would definitely make the game easier to play, but also goes against the very essence of the game.

"Only Up!" was intentionally designed to be extremely challenging and nerve-wracking, which leads to intense reactions from streamers when they fail. No controller support makes the game more difficult and frustrating, which is much more entertaining for livestream viewers.
