Exoprimal Open Beta Revealed: Dates & Download

The Exoprimal open beta let's you try out Capcom's crazy new shooter that lets you fight hordes of dinosaurs. It's wacky, it looks fun, and we think you should give it a go. Here are all the details you need to try Exoprimal for free via the open beta.

What the f*ck is Exoprimal? That was the question on everyone's mind before the most recent Ubisoft Forward showcase. But thankfully, they presented an awesome gameplay trailer and it cleared things up for us... kinda.

Exoprimal is a weird and wacky co-op game, and it looks like it could be a ton of fun. The only important thing to remember: Point your gun in the direction of the dinosaurs. Sound good? Awesome, then keep reading to find out how you can play the game for free during the upcoming open beta.

Exoprimal Open Beta: Start Time

The Exoprimal beta will begin on June 15 at 5:00 pm PT (8:00 pm ET, 1:00 am BST, 2:00 am CEST), and it will last until June 18 4:59 pm PT (7:59 pm ET, 00:59 am BST, 1:59 am CEST). Basically, you've got the weekend to play. We would love to have had more time in the beta, but the full game is being released on July 14 so it's not like we have to wait long.

Exoprimal Beta: Pre-Registration & Download

You don't need to pre-register for the Exoprimal beta, just download the app from your respective store (PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, Steam etc.). The Exoprimal beta is currently not available to download from those stores, but it should be about 24 hours before release (June 14).

Exoprimal Beta: Platforms

The Exoprimal beta is coming to the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC (Steam or Windows Store). So basically, everything except the Switch. But who knows, maybe one day on the Switch 2?
