Persona 3, the game that launched the Persona franchise into mainstream popularity, is getting a remake.
After getting its own switch port back in January, now Persona 3 will get a brand-new remake called Reload! There is lots of information already, so let's get right into it.
Persona 3 Reload: Release Date
Persona 3 Reload is set to release on February 2, 2024. The game will be available on PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One and Series X/S, and it will be included in the Xbox Game Pass and on Steam. The physical versions are available at Amazon, GameStop and VGP.
Persona 3 Reload will have a variety of different digital and physical editions. Every Pre-Order regardless of the Edition will get a Persona 4 Golden Background Music Set. There are also a Digital Deluxe and Premium Edition. The Deluxe will grant access to a digital Artbook and a digital Soundtrack, while the Premium comes with all the before mentioned, plus a Persona 3 Reload DLC Pack.
If you decide to get a physical Edition of the game, then you can choose between a Collector's "Aigis" Edition, or a Standard. You still get the Pre-Order Bonus, and the Collector's Edition additionally gives you all the Deluxe content in a physical version and an Aigis Figure.

Persona 3 Reload: Story And Gameplay
While the game was originally just one part of the Shin Megami Tensei franchise, its popularity has massively outgrown the original franchise. The protagonist is a classic orphan-hero, whose parents were killed in a fatal car clash almost a decade ago, and who wishes to visit his hometown again. There, he gets the ability to wield his Persona, which is a physical manifestation of his inner spirit. He joins a group called S.E.E.S. and joins them in their fight against shadows, meanwhile trying to uncover the mystery of the Dark Hour.
