Riot have just revealed a b-patch for League of Legends Patch 13.24. With this being such a long patch it makes sense to have some mid-patch adjustments.

We are nearing the end of the 2023 League of Legends season and all eyes are on the upcoming year. A new map, some major jungle monster adjustments and the inclusion of new baron variants has everyone pretty excited.

But, before all of those changes will hit live servers, Riot is going to be making a few more changes in the current patch, so you can enjoy League of Legends over the holiday season. So, let's go over the b-patch changes in Patch 13.24.

There are going to be four champion buffs in this b-patch and one bugfix for Neeko. Hwei is once again receiving some love, along with the dogs of Summoner's Rift and everyone's favorite Yordle – except mine since I'm a dedicated hater – Corki.

Warwick is getting a bit of a boost so he will be able to hunt down his targets even faster than before.

There have been a few OP champions in recent patches and finally Riot is going to be doing something about them. Four champs are going to be nerfed in the mid-patch update.

Orianna

  • Base Stats
    • Base Health: 600 ⇒ 585
  • W - Command: Dissonance
    • Movement Speed Modifier: 30-50% (based on rank) ⇒ 20-40% (based on rank)

Sylas

  • W - Kingslayer
    • Magic Damage: 70/105/140/175/210 (+90% AP) ⇒ 65/100/135/170/205 (+80% AP)
    • Heal: 20/40/60/80/100 (+40% AP) ⇒ 20/40/60/80/100 (+35% AP) (Note: heal is still doubled at ~60% missing health)

Syndra

  • Q - Dark Sphere
    • Magic Damage: 75/110/145/180/215 (+70% AP) ⇒ 75/110/145/180/215 (+60% AP)
  • Bugfix: Fixed a bug that caused Syndra to lose her passive 15% bonus AP buff when revived by a Zilean ultimate or Guardian Angel.

Yone

  • W - Spirit Cleave
    • Base Shield: 60-80 (based on level) ⇒ 40-90 (based on level)

These are some welcomed nerfs for sure, with Orianna and Syndra consistently being in the top tier for the mid lane throughout the last few months. This is likely going to be the final change before the new season as well.

LoL Patch 13.24b Expected Release Date

This mid-patch update is set to come out either on December 13 or 14. On Twitter/X, Riot Phroxzon noted that the changes should hit live servers within 24-hours of him sending out the tweet with the information, so you should have the changes live soon.
