Industry Season 4: Power Moves & Fresh Faces

HBO’s sharp-edged finance drama Industry is not going anywhere – except, perhaps, straight to the top. After its third season reeled in even more viewers, HBO wasted no time and renewed the show for a fourth season before the season 3 finale had even aired.

With a growing fanbase, rave reviews, and high-stakes storytelling that only gets more ruthless, Industry is shaping up to be one of HBO’s flagship dramas. But when can we expect season 4, and who’s coming back to navigate the treacherous waters of high finance (and personal chaos)?

Industry Season 4: Release Date

As of now, HBO has yet to announce an official release date for season 4. If the show follows its previous pattern, we’re looking at a 2026 release. Production for the eight-episode season was set to begin in March 2025 in the UK, so a long wait is inevitable.

Industry Season 4 Cast: Who’s In, Who’s Out?

Most of the Industry regulars are expected to return, including:

  • Myha'la Herrold as Harper Stern
  • Marisa Abela as Yasmin Kara-Hanani
  • Ken Leung as Eric Tao
  • Sagar Radia as Rishi Ramdani

However, Harry Lawtey (Robert Spearing) will not return due to scheduling conflicts. His character moved to the U.S. at the end of season 3, marking a natural exit.

Meanwhile, Kit Harington is expected to return as Sir Henry Muck – now Yasmin’s husband! Yes, you read that right. The former Pierpoint analyst seems to have made some bold personal and financial moves.

Also joining season 4: Max Minghella (The Handmaid’s Tale), who plays Whitney Halberstram, the CFO and founder of Tender, a rising payment processor.

Recurring characters likely to return include:

  • Jay Duplass as Jesse Bloom (fresh out of prison!)
  • Sarah Goldberg as Petra Koenig
  • Miriam Petche as Sweetpea Golightly
  • Roger Barclay as Otto Mostyn
  • Faith Alabi as Aurore Adekunle

What’s Next for Industry Season 4?

Official plot details are still under wraps, but co-creator Mickey Down gave ELLE a cryptic teaser: "Money and class. What else is there?"

One thing is certain: Harper is far from done. Season 3 ended with her setting her sights on New York, a move that could shake up the power dynamics of the show. Myha’la Herrold hinted that Harper is now more confident than ever, ready to play on the offense rather than constantly dodging bullets.

And if she and Yasmin team up? Herrold is manifesting a “girlboss Powerpuff Girls” arc. Now that we’d love to see.

Whatever happens next, Industry has cemented itself as more than just a finance drama – it’s a cutthroat, exhilarating, and sometimes terrifying look into ambition at its most brutal.

Now, HBO, drop that release date already.
