The creativity and variety of the jobs in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth counts among my favorite things in the game, as you can read in my review for RGG’s latest title. Every character in the game has at least one unique job, and unfortunately it takes a while to unlock more options for them.To get new jobs, you need to complete activities at Alo-Happy Tours. These activities require a certain amount of money and a certain level of Ichiban’s Personality in Infinite Wealth. Once you fulfill these requirements, you can go on an activity. This will trigger a hilarious cutscene and one of your characters will have a revelation, unlocking a new job.

You unlock Alo-Happy Tours as part of the main story in Chapter 5. Your party has a bit of time, so they decide to book a holiday activity package. Each package comes with a hilarious cutscene, showing the party indulging all kinds of shenanigans.

How To Change Jobs

To change a characters' job, you need to go to an Alo-Happy location and use the Alo-Happy room. There are two locations in Honolulu and two in Yokohama. You need to reach a certain bond level with each character to unlock each job for them.
