July saw the beginning of the Sentinels Event in League of Legends and in other games from Riot as well. The story of Viego and the Ruination has spread across the world, and only the sentinels are able to save Runeterra from destruction. So of course, Riot also released multiple canon skins to fit into this ruined world.
July saw Irelia, Pyke and Olaf get new skins, along with a whole new champion – Akshan – who didn't need a Sentinels skin because, like Senna and Lucian, he already is a Sentinel without having to have a new skin. But enough rambling, check out all skins released in July!
