Replayability you say? (Credit: IO Interactive)

Hitman 3 came out less than a week ago and some players have already played it from start to finish. Others are busy setting records by beating the game’s first level in 8 seconds!

IO Interactive’s stealth game series Hitman was rebooted in 2016 with “Hitman”. The studio followed up with the sequel Hitman 2 in 2018 and Hitman 3 dropped in early 2021, just a week ago. After the backlash that followed Absolution IO decided to bring the franchise back to its roots. The new trilogy has been an astounding success and despite some of its flaws was well received by fans.

Hitman 3 is the final entry to the series (at least for now) and by the looks of it, we won’t be seeing any more Hitman games in the near future. IO Interactive will be focused on making another game about an even more famous agent – 007.

Hitman 3 features a total of six levels that offer a ton of replayability. Players are usually encouraged to take their time, explore the environment and choose the best approach to eliminate the target. First, let's take a look at one of the first people to take it to the next level.

Frote7 made the impossible and completed the game’s first level in 17 seconds on the days of release. That’s right, the whole level with both objectives done in just 17 seconds. What’s even more impressive is that Frote7 got the highest possible rating of Silent Assassin.

If you thought that was great, then you’d be pleasantly surprised by the latest world record for the first level.

Goron is over twice as fast as Frote7 and brings the time to complete the level to just 8 seconds, Silent Assassin rating included. Can anyone do it faster? Probably. Only time will tell. What’s your fastest completion time on the first level of Hitman 3? Tell us on Facebook or Discord!
