On the last day of this year’s CinemaCon, Disney gave us a proper look at what’s coming next. Disney's upcoming film lineup blends MCU icons, reboots we actually want, and bold sci-fi.
Disney dropped some major reveals at this year's CinemaCon. Here are the highlights and what we're most hyped for.
Avatar 3: Fire & Ash – Pandora Just Got Darker
Set to release December 2025, Avatar: Fire & Ash takes us into uncharted parts of Pandora, introducing the Ash People, a Na’vi clan that’s broken away from Eywa and isn’t here to make friends. The footage teased a much darker and more emotional tone for the Sully family, with stunning visuals and high-stakes conflict. Expect the most intense Avatar yet.
Fantastic Four – Finally Not A Fan Edit
July 25, 2025, is finally the day! Fantastic Four is officially joining the MCU. Pedro Pascal leads the team as Reed Richards, alongside Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach. One surprise? Sue Storm is pregnant. Another? Julia Garner shows up as Silver Surfer. The setup for Galactus is real, and Marvel's cosmic corner is about to expand fast.
Lilo & Stitch – Sweet Chaos Returns To Hawaii
Landing in theaters on March 23, 2025, Lilo & Stitch is shaping up to be a heartwarming, wholesome ride for both longtime fans and a new generation. The first look teases a retelling that stays true to the original, while adding just the right amount of live-action charm. It’s cute, chaotic, and packed with nostalgia – everything you'd want from a live-action version of this Disney classic.
Freakier Friday – Because Some Stories Deserve Round Two
Freakier Friday is officially happening, and Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis are both back on August 8, 2025. The sequel picks up years after the original, Freaky Friday, but his time with a multigenerational twist that takes the body-swap chaos to a whole new level. The first look already feels iconic and we're super excited!

Zootopia 2 – New Case, Same Chaos
Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde are also back. Zootopia 2 is set to hit theaters November 26, 2025. Alongside them is a new character already stealing the spotlight: Dr. Fuzzby, a therapist voiced by Quinta Brunson. We can expect more heart and humor.
