The number of times we had to write about Jack Doherty is ridiculous at this point. Yet here he is again, with another cringe take during a golf tournament.
Jack Doherty, the controversial Kick streamer, has done it again. Another ban, this time sadly not on his streaming platform but from all future PGA golf tournaments. You might already have an idea how this happened, but oh boy. Let me tell you.
Get Him Off The Internet Please
The "great" content idea that got him that ban is so cringe, I can't even begin to describe it. He paid a guy $100 to shout "Jackass" during a golfer's swing. For those of you who actually play golf. Concentration is key. If someone shouts at you out of nowhere, you can probably imagine how that would throw someone off.
This outburst sparked immediate interest from some other visitors and tournament officials, who quickly called the police on him. The video fast forwards to Doherty being asked to leave the tournament grounds.
You're trespassing on this course. We're gonna escort you out of here.
Jack Doherty (of course) says he'd done nothing wrong. Gladly, we have video evidence that shows how he paid someone to disturb the golfer. The police and tournament officials gladly show no mercy whatsoever.
Acting Like A Child When Confronted With His Own Actions
The official makes it clear. They know that he's only here to be a menace to society and to ragebait. In the clip we can see how he checks his ID, having none of Doherty's weak excuses.
If you come back again before this tournament's over, you'll be arrested, and then you'll go through that whole process. In addition to that, I'm [banning] you from all future PGA tournaments. If you show up at a PGA tournament again, you'll be arrested.
Doherty asks him if this ban is for life, and the official is even so nice to only hand him this ban for the foreseeable future until they work this situation out. From this point on the poor man could've argued with a five-year-old.
From a spectator's view, it feels like someone flipped the switch on Doherty's mental age (yes it can get lower). He starts acting even more disrespectful.
Mr. Steve, just so you know, nobody my age gives a [damn] about golf, besides me. I don't give a [flip] that I can't go to a boring golf event the rest of my life.
Very mature, that's for sure. I mean from that reaction alone, a lifetime ban would be the right thing to do, and while we're at it. Maybe we could ban this guy from Kick or social media in general as well.
