The Twitch drama between Mizkif and Emiru has entered its next stage: the courtroom.
Following Emiru’s allegations, Mizkif has filed a defamation lawsuit against his former OTK colleagues. The streamer claims that the accusations have severely damaged his reputation and career.
How The Conflict Between Mizkif And Emiru Began
What began as a private relationship between two of Twitch’s most recognizable creators has turned into one of the platform’s most widely discussed controversies. In late October, streamer Emiru went public with a series of serious allegations against her former partner Mizkif, accusing him of emotional manipulation and inappropriate behavior during their relationship.
Mizkif responded shortly after, describing the relationship as “toxic” on both sides and denying the most severe claims. These revelations sparked an intense controversy in the Twitch community.
Mizkif Files Lawsuit Against Emiru, Asmongold, And OTK
Following Emiru’s public allegations, Mizkif has filed a defamation lawsuit directly against her, claiming that her statements about sexual assault, stalking, and abuse were false and have caused serious harm to his reputation and career. The suit also targets fellow streamer Asmongold, who co-founded OTK alongside Mizkif, alleging that he publicly repeated and endorsed Emiru’s claims during broadcasts, presenting them as factual and thereby intensifying the reputational damage.
In addition, the lawsuit names OTK Media Inc., the creator organization Mizkif co-founded in 2020, along with Mythic Talent Management Inc. and King Gaming Labs Inc. According to the filing, Mizkif accuses these organizations of breaching contractual obligations by removing him from ownership roles and demanding repayment of nearly $900,000 in alleged fees. His legal team argues that these actions were unjustified, financially harmful, and taken without due process, linking the business fallout directly to the public controversy triggered by the accusations.

The lawsuit adds yet another layer to a story that has already shaken the Twitch community. What began as personal accusations has turned into a public and legal conflict involving some of the platform’s biggest creators. For Mizkif, the filing underscores how far the situation has spiraled and how much he now stands to lose, both personally and professionally.
