Trace Cyrus, known as a musician but mostly as Miley's brother, recently crossed the line on Instagram.

Miley’s brother and musician Trace Cyrus recently started a rant on Instagram that cemented his position on being transphobic and an absolute douchebag.
Trace Who?
The 36-year-old musician is no stranger to long-running social media rants. In the past, he has spoken extensively on a number of topics, such as his adoptive father Billy Ray Cyrus, UFO sightings, his support for Donald Trump, and, more recently, his ex-girlfriend Brenda Song, known from the Disney Channel. But his latest outburst attacked other artists and clearly crossed the line: His current target is the well-known musician Machine Gun Kelly. If it had simply remained that the two just didn't like each other, that would have been fine, but the hatred stemmed from comparisons that fans made between Trace Cyrus and MGK. This led Cyrus to cause collateral damage and involve people in the debate – and dragging children into the argument is simply crossing the line.

Delusional From The Start
Trace Cyrus starts it all off with a (to be honest, pretty stupid) bombshell in which he not only makes homophobic comments, but also promotes himself and proves that he is completely out of touch with reality from the very beginning. Here he describes that if he weren't as masculine as he is, if he painted his nails and dressed “homosexually,” he would be the greatest artist of all time. We take this machine at its word, as he clarifies:
- He's a better songwriter
- He's better looking
- He's been around way longer than all these others
- He's more unique in all aspects of his life
and that it's true. That's why people should stop comparing him, because everyone has stolen his style.

Calling Out Names - Refuses To Elaborate
Of course, that's not enough for him, and he gets caught in a downward spiral. This time, he addresses Machine Gun Kelly directly, speculating about why rapper Diddy has only signed MGK to his label in the last 10 years. To be clear: Diddy was recently charged with several serious offenses, all of which he denies, including human trafficking, forced labor, and kidnapping. Cyrus comments disparagingly on MGK's membership in Diddy's label for a while, but quickly seeks out a new target. By now, everyone has probably realized that Trace Cyrus lives in a dream world and is probably angry that he isn't even part of it. So now he's attacking Machine Gun Kelly's family in his sweeping attack, and that really went too far.

Collateral Damage Hits The Wrong Ones
It should be noted that Megan Fox, who became world-famous as a former actress, has spoken publicly several times about raising her children. Among her four children, she spoke about her eldest son and said that the 12-year-old has enjoyed wearing dresses since he was two years old. He has been teased about it at school, but insists on continuing to dress that way. Fox says she has talked to him about how he can express himself through his clothes — and that there is no sexual aspect to it.
Trace Cyrus takes this as an opportunity to make transphobic comments. In his rant, he mocks MGK for supposedly finding a great woman who is raising all her children to be transgender—even though that is not the case at all.
Users generally agree that you don't have to like everyone, but spreading lies about children, especially those you don't even know, would clearly be going too far.
What do you think? Do you even know Miley's brother, or are you already used to his questionable statements?
