Collectors take note! You can finally pre-order your physical copy of Black Myth: Wukong.

Despite mixed reactions to its Game of the Year potential, Black Myth: Wukong has achieved impressive sales, marking one of the strongest launches for a Chinese game on the Western market. However, while pre-orders for the physical edition are now available, the official release date remains unconfirmed.
Pre-orders open, but release date unclear
Although PS5 players can expect a physical copy of Black Myth: Wukong by the end of the year, Xbox owners will still need to wait. According to Amazon, the physical edition is now available for pre-order, priced at $64.99. However, the listed release date is December 31, 2024, which appears to be a placeholder rather than an actual launch date.
This doesn’t mean the game will arrive on New Year's Eve; the placeholder date is likely just an estimate. A similar situation occurred with Amazon listings for other major titles, such as Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, which used an ambiguous date before the final release date was confirmed.
Hopefully a physical version for Xbox arrives some day, but we're doubtful.
