In Silent Breath, you wander through a huge forest trying to find the bodies of missing people. But there are some twists - strange creatures come out at night, some to be feared, some to be befriended. You have to keep your eyes open at all times, and above all keep your mouth shut - the monsters can literally hear you breathe.
So try not to scream or breathe too loudly. You will regret it.
But microphone detection is not the only thing that makes Silent Breath a game to look forward to. The graphics in Unreal Engine 5 look incredibly lifelike. Combined with the found footage/VHS look, it makes an amazing impression.
The monsters and locations of the corpses are randomized, and there will be different endings, so no playthrough will be the same. All this is even more amazing when you consider that Silent Breath is being developed by one person.
Silent Breath will launch in Early Access on April 5, 2024, with an official release scheduled for the end of the year.
