Marvel Rivals: New arena shooter on the rise, but minor balance problems spoil the gaming experience. Competition for Overwatch?

The new arena shooter Marvel Rivals has been in Early Access for three days and is already receiving a lot of positive feedback.
The game has quickly risen in popularity on Steam, reaching #4 with an average of over 250,000 players, and is becoming a favourite among streamers and viewers on Twitch.
In Marvel Rivals, players choose a Marvel hero to battle opposing teams in multiple arenas.
The game is gaining recognition for its fast-paced mechanics and has even been dubbed a potential Overwatch killer by some.
However, there are some concerns about balance issues, particularly with two characters:
Jeff the Land Shark and Iron Fist are op
Previously unknown to many, Jeff the Land Shark's healing and agility-based abilities have quickly made him one of the most popular characters, loved by some and hated by many.
His ultimate, It's Jeff, is especially frustrating for opponents, as it allows him to swallow enemies, spit them out, and isolate them from their team, turning the tide of battles.
As a result, he has become a hated opponent on various platforms.

But Iron Fist is not far behind in terms of being broken.
The problem with Iron Fist is his ability to take a surprising amount of damage, combined with his extreme speed.
Thanks to skills like Jeet Kune Do, where he throws a punch and repositions himself with his Dragon Kick, Iron Fist can quickly overwhelm enemies and jump around on the map as he pleases.
Basically, he can beat you up in a matter of seconds and disappear just as quickly.
Some even compare him to Iron Man, even though Iron Fist can't even fly.

But his agility and his dash made it possible to create a clip in which he is in no way inferior to Iron Man's flying skills:

At the moment, social platforms are full of clips, mockery and confusion about the abilities of these two characters.
It remains to be seen whether the developers will address these concerns with nerfs in the next patch.
Until then, having either Jeff or Iron Fist on your team is a huge advantage.
