A group of talented students has created an anime-style intro for Breath of the Wild – and it's everything we could have hoped for!
The Zelda franchise isn’t just one of the biggest in gaming – it’s also home to an incredibly talented fan community. Artists, animators, musicians, and even game developers constantly create stunning tributes to this legendary series.
Just over a month ago, we got a glimpse of what a Breath of the Wild anime could look like, and it's absolutely breathtaking!
New Breath of the Wild Anime Intro
This anime concept was directed by illustrator and animator "WOOP", with support from students at ChungKang Animation School in South Korea.
On their X channel, the team shares glimpses of their production process, including character design concept art and behind-the-scenes looks at how they bring their animations to life.
The final result looks incredibly professional and perfectly captures what a Zelda anime intro should be. It’s wholesome, beautifully illustrated, features an amazing soundtrack, and most importantly – it embodies the Zelda spirit.
