Kai Cenat has revealed that although he tried to attend Nike's basketball event in New York, the NYPD refused to offer him protection from the crowds.
Team Kai Cenat Canceled By The NYPD
During a recent livestream, Kai Cenat told his chat that he was supposed to attend the New York basketball event hosted by Nike. According to the streamer, they had planned a Team Kai vs. Team Druski game as the highlight of the event.
But the police, who were in charge of security, apparently disagreed and told Nike: "We are not protecting the event, and you have to do it on your own."

As a result, Nike allegedly cancelled the match and denied the Twitch star entry to the event.
Afterward, He joked about hosting another giveaway in New York.But let's hope not; the last one resulted in Kai Cenat being charged with inciting a riot, for which he paid a huge fine.
