The Kick deal was worth it apparently.
In a recent stream, xQc revealed how much he is making per gambling stream and let's just say there probably isn't an easier way to earn that amount of money.
xQc Says He Gets $200K Flat For Gambling Streams
Gambling has been a hot debate in the streaming space for quite some time. Streaming gambling to your audience is controversial for a reason, as it can encourage addictive behavior among viewers. This is especially concerning because the streaming and gaming community includes many people from one of the most vulnerable groups in that regard: young men.
Kick’s entrance into the space only amplified the discussion. In 2023, the platform signed a deal with internationally known streamer Felix “xQc” Lengyel reportedly worth around $70–$100 million. Now the streamer has given a little insight into how much he gets paid for a single gambling stream while opening CS cases with Stable Ronaldo:
"If I do a normal session, it can be 10 minutes or five hours, I get $200k flat."
He added:
"I can withdraw all that instantly. If I want to, I can gamble $1 a spin for an hour and keep $199,999."
xQc’s statement sparked immediate controversy because it shows how much top streamers can earn from a single gambling stream. He also mentioned a flat rate, meaning it does not even matter how long the stream lasts or how much money he actually wagers.
If this description is accurate, he could earn more than most people make in a year from a session that only lasts a few minutes. That is something not everyone approves of. Twitch heavily restricted the type of gambling content allowed on its platform back in 2022.
So while xQc might just open CS cases out of boredom and jump on slot machines if he loses too much money, the broader debate around gambling streams is unlikely to disappear anytime soon.
