Calvicular got arrested again: This time, he is under investigation for multiple charges.
It seems as though Kick streamer Clavicular can not go a day without one of his clips going viral online, and it's usually for all the wrong reasons: Whether it is his commitment to looksmaxxing or him streaming himself committing a literal felony, he is definitely one of the more controversial people that have emerged from streaming. Now, he is under fire again.
The Events In Florida
The events leading up to his arrest happened while the streamer was in Florida. According to Dexerto, the clip from his trip to the Everglades in Florida that went viral shows the streamer and some of his friends in a small boat with firearms. When they then approach and alligator assuming it is dead, Calvicular suggests they "test really how dead it is", before shooting it. We hereby issue a content warning for the graphic clip, but if you want to watch a blurred version of it, you can click here.
According to Legal Mindset, killing an alligator while it is alive is a third degree felony in Florida. However, if the alligator was in fact already dead when they arrived and they "didn't mess with the carcass", they are unlikely to get charged for it. And this seems to be true: Though he is currently getting a massive wave of backlash online for shooting the alligator, the reason why he got arrested seems to be a different one.
The Reason For His Arrest
Since the arrest took place in Fort Lauderdale and the incident with the alligator took place in a different county, it sounds as though this really had nothing to do with him shooting an alligator. According to Dexerto and Taylor Lorenz it is more likely that his arrest had something to do with a physical fight that broke out within his group.
SCOOP: Clavicular was just arrested in Fort Lauderdale on a misdemeanor assault charge (no physical contact or injury is required for this charge). The arrest is likely related to a physical fight between Clav's gf and influencer Jenny Popach who broke into the hype house

This arrest is the second one in a very short period of time. A few weeks ago, the 20-year-old was arrested live on stream for using a fake ID and drug possession, but the charges got dropped quickly. Clavicular was not only arrested but also banned on Kick for his actions, athough this didn't last long as well. Saturday March 28, he was already back to business on Kick.

So much for consequences.
But what do you think? Is the backlash he is getting for shooting an alligator valid or is it blown out of proportion? Let us know in the comments!
