Influencer Shaves His Head to Boost Reality Show Budget, Co-Stars Trigger Fines

Kunno shaved his head to add 8,000 pesos to La Granja VIP’s budget, only for his co-stars’ food violations to reportedly wipe out the money hours later.

Kunno held up his end of the bargain. His fellow contestants apparently had trouble holding off on the food.

The Mexican influencer shaved his head during La Granja VIP on November 3, earning an extra 8,000 pesos for the contestants’ weekly budget. Hours later, he was confronting Manelyk González and Daniela Alexis, better known as Bebeshita, after they ate food prohibited under the show’s rules. The resulting penalties reportedly swallowed up the contribution he had just made.

His assessment was brief: “Me rapé en vano” — “I shaved my head for nothing.”

Kunno Trades His Hair for the Group’s Budget

The haircut was part of the show’s “Dinámica del Sacrificio,” a challenge asking contestants to give up something precious in exchange for money to replenish their shared funds.

For Kunno, that meant offering his hair. He explained that it mattered deeply to his appearance and the way he saw himself, making the decision more personal than simply handing over an accessory.

With the deal accepted, the clippers came out during the live broadcast. Fellow contestant Mario “Mono” Osuna helped carry out the shave as the others watched. Kunno walked away with a dramatically different look and, at least initially, a financial win for everyone.

Food Violations Put His Sacrifice in Question

The problem came afterward. Manelyk and Bebeshita were serving as “peonas,” a role that comes with restrictions on what contestants can eat. Breaking those restrictions carries financial penalties deducted from the communal budget.

When Kunno saw the pair eating prohibited products, he called them out. Having just surrendered something he valued to improve the group’s finances, watching more money disappear over food was understandably a sore point.

The show’s account confirms his complaint and the food restrictions behind it, although it does not provide an itemized breakdown establishing exactly how much was deducted in this incident.

That leaves the precise financial damage unclear. Kunno’s frustration, however, required no accounting: he had volunteered for a haircut to help feed the group, and his companions’ eating habits were already undermining the deal.
