5. Jett: The places Jett excels on Split are in the mid part of the map and on A-Side, where there are long sights. Use her Ultimate or an Operator to snipe any player peeking. 4. Reyna: Renya is a strong pick on Split because the Bombsites on Split have two main entrances. Leer is excellent for a push into the sight lines on the Bombsites. The same can be said for the mid area of the map where you can use Renya's aggressive tool kit to set up a flank. For Pistol rounds on Split, we suggest you go with a Frenzy, because Renya should always be played as an aggressive Duelist. (Credit: Riot Games)
3. Sage: First, let's get the obvious out of the way: Sage's ultimate is just amazing. This is why you pretty much see Sage ranked highly in all of Valorant and the same remains true for picking Sage on Split. Wall boosting can be used to great effect on Split and give you sightlines that your enemies will not suspect. Lobby A can be boosted to give you sight on A Rafters, and in the A-main hallway, you can use the wall to boost you up and jump into Rafters A for a sneaky flank. Well, we can't cover every place to Wall Boost on Split, we just wanted to give you an idea of what you should take away, as there are many places where you can get even higher ground with no sightlines that will surprise your enemies. 2. Raze: Since Split has a lot of high to low ground spots and ledges, this makes Raze's Blast pack very good when you combine it with Raze's ultimate. In mid, you can Blast Pack from Mid Bottom to Mid Top, even over a wall, and blast them for an easy kill. The Same goes for A Rafters to A Bombsite and basically any doorway you want to push, you can Blast Pack through and catch players off guard. You may die in the process of these flashy pushes, and it will take a lot of practice to pull off. (Credit: Riot Games)
1. Killjoy: She is a defensive Agent and this is especially true for Split, as her ability kit allows you to defend multiple entrances to the Bombsites and slow down the enemy's advance. Killjoy allows for the rest of your team to flank while she holds a Bombsite often solo. You will need a full loadout before she can do that, though. This means Killjoy is not the best agent in early rounds or if you are losing a lot, but if you manage to get a full loadout, Killjoy is a brick wall. Just throw down all your abilities at the entrances of a bombsite and the enemy will have to take a lot more effort pushing it. If they manage to get through, then pop off your ultimate and send them running back. (Credit: Riot Games)
