Fans of Black Ops Cold War and Warzone didn't get much new content in Season 5. Sure, the obligatory new weapons and operators and here and there a new game mode, but overall Season 5 brought relatively little new content. This can probably be explained by the fact that on the one hand the focus in the last weeks was clearly on CoD: Vanguard and on the other hand Raven and Treyarch are both busy with the new Zombies mode and the upcoming Warzone Pacific map. One thing has to be said though, the new Iron Trials mode in Warzone has more than exceeded our expectations and is an incredibly well done addition to the game. But now that we're nearing the end of Season 5, it also means it's time to grab those last Battle Pass rewards before it's too late. Fortunately, Raven knows that too, so they're giving us another Double XP and Double Battle Pass XP weekend to grind.
When Will Double Battle Pass XP Grace Our Screens?
Double Battle Pass XP starts this weekend on Friday, October 1, 10:00AM PT (19:00 CEST) and will run through until Monday, October 4, at 10:00AM PT (19:00 CEST).

This is a great time to get online and crack those final few levels. Especially as this season's level 100 reward is a good blueprint for the TEC-9. The Kitsune operator skin also looks amazing, and as always you can save up quite a few CoD-Points if you finish the Season 5 Battle Pass, so you don't have to spend too much on the Season 6 Battle Pass next week.
