We've got a more complete overview of the rules in the link below, but here's the TLDR of the World Series:

  • The World Series consists of one trios tourney ($200,000 prize pool) and one solos tourney ($100,000 prize pool) for both the EU and NA regions.
  • The Warzone World Series is an open event that anyone could have qualified for.
  • The top 20 teams from the qualifiers go up against 20 invited team from each region.
  • In the trios tourney, the teams play five matches against each other in a private lobby, and the team with the highest points wins (based on total kills with a kill multiplier based on placement).
  • The solo's tourney is just a single match of winner-takes-all.

So if you're used to Warzone tournaments then this is all going to be very familiar to you, and if you're not: the trios tournament is about making the most kills over five games, and the solo tournament is just about placing 1st.

Let's get to the question of who won. Some familiar names here, but sadly Scump didn't go B2B.

Who Won The World Series of Warzone NA?

You can find the top 3 contenders for the trios event and the winner of the solos match below:

A lot of fans might have had Biffle down to win the solo event, but this mode is so rng-heavy that it's always going to impossible to predict. Let's hope Warzone 2's new vehicle mechanics can improve solos:
