So Elon Musk has decided to buy Twitter, and is now considering a pull-out after Twitter refused to provide him with information that he keenly wanted access to. Now Musk is tearing up YouTube on Twitter, saying that it "seems to be nonstop scam ads", and people are calling for a brand-new purchase.

The Tweet, posted on June 7, 2022, ended up going as predictably viral as you would expect and a legion of Elon Musk keyboard-warriors got a-Tweetin'. It would all be rather funny if it wasn't incredibly tedious. Also, if you think about it, it's a bit crazy to think that Mr Musk would consider buying yet another massive social media network this soon after his Twitter deal.

So, Will Elon Musk Buy YouTube?

No, Elon Musk ain't going to dip into that YouTube bucket any time soon. After spending tens of billions on Twitter, facing a whole lot of backlash, and now potentially pulling out, Musk is unlikely to do anything similar anytime soon. That especially goes for the fact that YouTube doesn't have the same problem that Twitter has. You know, the ones that he claims to be the main reason for his decision to buy the social media giant?

That all being said, though, legions of Elon Musk fans have taken to Twitter to convince him to make this-here purchase. One particularly avid Tweeter told Musk that he should "buy it and install some real management that supports free speech and knows how to lead engineering teams to identify and stop scams".

If you want another piece of humour to carry you through the day, one dude said "here's the solution" and then posted an image that got blocked by Twitter. Why? Well because it was probably too vulgar. Honestly, though, why are people so excited by the idea of yet another high-value acquisition from this dude?

So where's the go from here? If I'm honest, I have no bloody idea! Elon Musk isn't going to darn-well buy YouTube, is he? It just all seems a little mad to me but, hey, he did buy Twitter so I guess anything is possible in this day and age. Surely there should be rules about this kind of s**t, though, right?
