A new generation in football is coming... even though Messi and Ronaldo are still playing at the highest level after all these years? Not a problem for EA. From now on, they distribute new Special Cards in FIFA 22, for which you don't have to do anything. No spending money on stupid events like FUT Versus or Adidas Numbers Up this time... just relax and play the game. Let's take a look.

FIFA 22: How To Get Next Generation Players For Free

It is nothing unusual that EA likes to celebrate the young guns of football. After all, there have already been Future Stars Promos in the past, among others. Well, in FIFA 22, something similar will happen starting from December 15th, 2021: Six Special Cards can be earned. The focus is on some of the greatest talents in football.

How To Get A Next Generation Player In FIFA 22?

It's actually quite easy, and you don't even have to pull out your wallet. All you have to do is play FIFA 22 once by 14 January 2022. EA will then send you one of the new Special Cards from December 15th onwards. It doesn't matter whether you play on a next-gen console, PC or Stadia... you'll always get the rewards!

Which Next Generation Players are there?

As the future superstars of football are to be celebrated, some of the best talents in FIFA 22 are of course represented in this mini-promo. Check out this list right here:

MBAPPÉ 86?! Of course, it's a harsh downgrade from the rating of his standard Gold Card, and then he only has 4-star skills and 3 star WF... he really should have had 4/4, c'mon EA. At least he is for free and links quite nice with Ginola, the best hero card in FIFA 22.

In the end, you shouldn't expect too much here, because you simply have to have played the game to get the cards. These cards probably won't bring your squad to the next level, but more special cards are always better than fewer, right?
