There is still a The Last of Us TV show coming and we are still very excited about it. HBO are still hard at work, shooting in different sets around the US. After presenting the first official image, fans still had a ton of questions left. Especially about the two main characters, since we literally only see the backs of the actors.


Now, if you are one of those fans and you literally, absolutely, most definitely, cannot wait for more information on this show: don't worry, we got you. In recent weeks, more and more videos and images have been leaked from aforementioned sets of the show. Now some leaked The Last of Us images how actor Pedro Pascal as Joel.

For a while now, the amazing (if you're really interested in seeing leaked images and info on the show, at least) twitter account @TheLastofUsNews has shown quite a lot of behind the scenes stuff from the filming of the show. Apparently they have an inside source who feeds them with a lot of low-res images and videos.

Yes, a lot of those have been... fairly bad. You can't really see anything on most of them and it's a bit silly, to be honest. BUT! The kind person behind the twitter account graced us with a pretty good look at Pedro Pascal as Joel, the main character of the first game.

Yes, this image is pretty murky as well (even though not nearly as unreadable as most of the others on this account). And yes. Mr. Pascal is wearing a mask, so his face is basically not visible. BUT! Look at the goddamn outfit though... that is 100% Joel.

This looks to be the outfit Joel wears in the infamous university section from the first game. This was one of the strongest parts of the game so it makes sense that it would be included in the show as well. And, even though there is still too little to actually judge how the show will be, they absolutely nailed Pedro Pascal as Joel in The Last of Us.
