Because every event within the campaign must be completed. Then I'd need to compete every secret boss in HWU. So, don't make the Volkswagen Beach Bomb a priority vehicle. HWM15 — Hi-Po Hauler:

Similar to the Volkswagen Beach Bomb, acquiring the Hi-Po Hauler isn't an easily accomplished task, as you would need to finish every time trial in Hot Wheels Unleashed.
