It's a crazy time to be alive; HoYoverse is handing out a free 5-star character to their community in the current patch ("Panta Rhei”). Yep, version 1.6 finally went live on January 17, 1023.
This giveaway is a gesture of gratitude from HoYoverse, who won the award for Best Mobile Game 2023 at the TGA thanks to the support of their huge community!

As I already mentioned above, the event started as soon as version 1.6 went live. Next to a bunch of new quests and events, new limited banners should also be available soon as well, featuring Dr. Ratio and Ruan Mei.

The best part about it this is that we don’t have to manually sign up for said giveaway, and there are only two conditions your account needs to fulfill in order to participate:
- You need to have an active Honkai Star Rail / HoYoverse account. (Obviously, I know.)
- You have completed the “A Moment of Peace” quest line.
Pretty simple, isn’t it? And if you wonder, what you have to do in order to complete the “A Moment of Peace” quest, I can reassure you, that you have probably already done it without even noticing! You have to do it when entering Herta's Space Station for the very first time. You will probably remember it, because you unlock the Warp feature during this part of the tutorial, and I know this is all you cared about anyway when starting off the Star Rail adventure!
If you meet both requirements between the start of part two of version 1.6 and the end of version 2.1, you will find the copy of Dr. Ratio in your mailbox!
