Azir is a late-game monster, but his early game is lacking. He is a champion that requires a high skill cap and if you don't practice this champion until your fingers bleed, you'll likely mess up quite a bit. He's one of the least played champions in solo queue for a reason. So if your name doesn't start with F and end with -aker, then this isn't the champion for you. | © Riot Games
Ganglank is another champion that isn't a very good solo queue champion. His early game is lacking as well and even the buffs to his kit – which means he's got more barrels – hasn't helped him much either. Kalista is able to control neutral objectives with ease, and she can engage and disengage from fights thanks to her Fates Call. But she also requires a lot of practice since her play pattern is different from any other ADC. Zoe has an extremely high skill ceiling. If you pick her up and play her, you'll have to be able to do three things all at the same time and know when to use her spell thief ability. Ryze is a great zoning champion with good wave clear. He is able to make plays happen all around the map, but solo queue players just don't know how to use his ultimate. Most of the time they'll bait teammates into taking the Realm Warp right into the hands of the enemy, resulting in an Ace.
