Whether you love him or hate him, you have to admit that Clavicular is good at one thing, at least – making headlines. Today’s news only adds to his negative reputation. He has been charged with illegally discharging a firearm during a livestream.

Streamer “Clavicular” Charged After Everglades Livestream

Braden Eric Peters, better known as "Clavicular," is a controversial 20-year-old kick streamer who polarizes the internet with his "Looksmaxxing" content. The Looksmaxxing movement consists mostly of young men who focus on enhancing their appearance, sometimes using extreme methods to do so.

On March 26, Clavicular started a livestream during which he fired multiple gunshots into swamp water from an airboat in the Everglades Wildlife Management Area in Miami. The alligator in the water appeared to already be dead. According to his lawyers, he was merely "following the instructions of a licensed airboat guide." They added that no animals or people were harmed. However, court documents don’t state whether this is the truth.

After the incident, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission tweeted that they were "aware of a video depicting individuals in the Everglades on an airboat who appear to be discharging firearms at an alligator."

Two other men, online known as “cuban tarzan” and “baby alien”, were charged alongside Clavicular. In Florida, the consequences of "illegally discharging a firearm in public" include imprisonment for less than one year and a fine of up to $1,000.

The prosecution’s next step is scheduled for May 20.

This isn’t the first time Clavicular has gotten into trouble with the law. In the same month as the alligator incident, he was arrested in Florida on battery charges. He allegedly instigated a fight between his girlfriend and another woman, later posting the clip on social media. In February, he was caught using a fake ID and charged with illegal drug possession. Recently, the female influencer Alorah Ziva has also filed a lawsuit against him. The allegations include rape, fraud and battery.
