After being put under online scrutiny and real life investigation for shooting a dead alligator in Florida, Clavicular now entered a plea deal to avoid a conviction. But the internet can only talk about how handsome his judge was.

Clavicular Makes A Deal

Popular Looksmaxxer Clavicular, real name Braden Peters, was previously criminally charged at the end of April after shooting a gun at a dead alligator from an airboat during a livestream in the Florida Everglades.

Clips of the stream quickly went viral and caught the attention of wildlife officials from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission who noted that they were "aware of a video depicting individuals in the Everglades on an airboat who appear to be discharging at an alligator". Clavicular's attorney claimed at this time that his client was "following the instructions of a licensed airboat guide", and that "no animals or people were harmed."

Peters' charge was unlawfully discharging a firearm, to which he pleaded no contest in Florida court on Friday, May 15. According to TMZ, under the deal he struck, the case will come off his record in 6 months if he stays out of trouble, completes a firearm safety course and finishes 20 hours of community service, which he cannot livestream or monetize.

Clavicular's attorney, Jeffrey Neimann told TMZ:

My client, Braden Peters, has accepted responsibility for his conduct and reached a resolution that appropriately reflects the circumstances of this incident. Importantly, no individual was injured, and the alligator involved was already deceased prior to the events at issue. As part of the resolution, Braden will complete a firearm course, and adjudication has been withheld.

Peters is, according to his attorney, also "committed to moving forward responsibly and ensuring nothing like this occurs again."

Another occupant of the airboat, Andrew Morales, known online as The Cuban Tarzan, entered the same plea and made a similar deal. A third influencer on this boat, Yabdiel Anibal Cotto Torres, or Baby Alien was also charged in the case and is scheduled to enter a plea on May 20 .

Mogged By His Judge

The internet did not fail to note how handsome Clavicular's judge, Marcus Bach-Armas, looked. In accordance with all that the looksmaxxer stands for, now people online laugh about him getting "mogged" by his own judge – meaning the judge looks better than Clavicular. With his morbid obsession to looking as good as possible, it seems ironic that he would get a good looking judge. People joke about the judge being a "chad" (the best possible looking male form) and the influencer getting "justicemogged while pleamaxxing". Even popular streamers like xQc and Asmongold noted the looksmaxxer being outshone by judge Marcus.

Clavicular himself responded to the comments by... surprisingly actually agreeing. Reacting to comments saying he got “mogged” in court, he admits:

I did. I got sentenced to 20 hours of community service.

Clavicular managed to avoid a lasting conviction through a plea deal, but the incident still became an embarrassment both legally and online. But in typical internet fashion, much of the attention has now shifted from the actual charges to the memes surrounding the case, turning what began as a wildlife investigation into just another viral chapter in this influencer's career.
