Even though we so far did not get that much information about the newest project by Wizards of the Coast – it might be the key to your dreams.
Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked will be a VR game that is supposed to simulate a tactical tabletop experience. So it will be less of a Baldurs Gate kind of game but more like a real Tabletop session with figurines, dice and character sheets.
So far, little information has been given out, but what we know, the game will support up to four players and tries to focus "on social strategy rather than social roleplay, encouraging group tabletalk focused on tactics and decision-making". So you might not get as creative with your character as in a regular pen-and-paper but with your strategy and tactic.
The main game will feature two story campaigns with more DLC to be planned in the future.
