The feud between Dr Disrespect and NickMercs has reignited once again.
What started of as a friendship between two fellow content creators turned out to be a feud over years. Dr Disrespect and NICKMERCS were trading blows more than once since then and it seems this trend will continue.
Another Chapter In The NICKMERCS vs Dr Disrespect Feud
Since the controversy in 2024 surrounding Dr Disrespect, the two have been taking shots at each other. At that time, it became public that Dr Disrespect had sent inappropriate messages to a minor. With that being revealed, NICKMERCS cut ties with him, calling the behavior "inexcusable." Since then, the two have repeatedly thrown insults at each other from time to time, and this trend continues.
Dr Disrespect reignited the feud by saying in his stream in early March:
“You’re not looking at [NICKMERCS] who has to put BurntPeanut in every single thumbnail when he goes live just to stay relevant in this space [...].”
In response, NICKMERCS took some shots at Dr Disrespect, using his voice and not his controller for a change:
"I got kids and a family to raise. [...] You got a problem with it? Then guess what? You got a problem with it. I don’t. That’s my position. And that’s where I’m standing for the rest of time."
He continued his proper crashout, taking aim at his alter ego:
“He’s an [...] actor, and he acts cause, [...], that’s what actors do. All right. He puts his little [...] thing on every day, and he dorks around. He’s been doing it for years. Good for him. What does he want? Crying about me talking on a podcast three years ago. Bro, I got asked a question. What the [hell]? So I answered it. And I’d do it again. What we talking about, man?”
Of course, Dr Disrespect’s response didn’t take long, calling NICKMERCS a phony and saying:
"We got him all huffing and puffing over there."
So it doesn't seem the two will find common ground in the foreseeable future. At this point, the feud feels less like a one-off clash and more like an ongoing storyline.
