1. Jett was a chef in a Korean restaurant: And we even know where! As one of the sprays suggests, Jett worked in the Insa-dong neighborhood, which is known for its various teahouses and restaurants. However, listening to her Ultimate Ability voice line (that aggressive "wash dishes"), it doesn't seem like she recalls that job too well.
2. Viper goes by the codename Pandemic or Sabine: As you may know, every Agent has a unique codename, and it just so happens that Viper is a "pandemic". It's not really that surprising if you look at all the toxic stuff she does. Viper's full name is Dr. Delilah Sabine, and she is one of the Kingdom Agents (like Omen and Brimstone).
3. Phoenix attended a performing arts school. He was later suspended: And why was he suspended? Well, the theory is that he burned down his school, although if that were the case, he couldn't have been kicked out of it, right? So, we don't really know why Phoenix got kicked out of art school, but we are pretty convinced that it had something to do with the fire.
4. One of Omen's hobbies is knitting: Everyone's weird in some way, even tough guys like Omen. And he's not shy about it — his knitting skills have appeared many times before in various in-game cosmetics. As he explains in one of his voice lines, "it helps him focus." Well, Mr. Omen, whatever works for you!
5. Killjoy's favorite videogame is League of Legends: Sure, League of Legends is a game that has a really diverse fan base, but this is quite a surprise. We can't even imagine what kind of champion she could play. Blitzcrank? Camille? No idea.
