Fortnite x GeForce NOW: How To Get The Dish-stroyer Pickaxe

With GeForce NOW from Nvidia, you can finally play Fortnite again on all your iOS devices as well as other smartphones and tablets. On top of that, there's also a free harvesting tool that you get when you log in via GeForce NOW.

Now you can enjoy the good vibes anytime, whether you are indoors or outdoors! With NVIDIA GeForce NOW, you can now stream Fortnite via the cloud on Windows PCs, macOS, iOS Safari, Android phones and tablets, Android TVs, NVIDIA SHIELD TVs, Samsung TVs (2022) and select LG TV models.

And yep, you read that right. Even on your Apple devices, Fortnite is finally playable again! The Battle Royale hasn't been available in Apple's App Store or Google Play Store for almost two years. And while the legal battle between both juggernauts continues, the game isn't expected to return to either store anytime soon either.

But thanks to GeForce Now, there is now a new possibility. And there's a free harvesting tool on top of that!

How To Get The Free Dish-troyer Pickaxe

To help you enjoy the good vibes even more, all players who log into Fortnite via GeForce NOW between July 21 at 18:00 CEST and August 5 at 05:59 CEST will earn the Dish-troyer pickaxe! You will then receive the cosmetic on August 11.

How To Play Fortnite Through GeForce NOW

First, you must become a member of GeForce NOW. There are three types of GeForce NOW memberships: Free, Priority, and RTX 3080. Visit the GeForce NOW website for full details on each membership. Then link your Epic Games account to your NVIDIA account, you will need to log into your NVIDIA account on a PC, Mac, or web browser. On the website, do the following

  1. Click on "MY LIBRARY" and then on "Linked Accounts" or go to SETTINGS > CONNECTIONS
  2. Then click Epic Games > LINK

Once your accounts are linked, you'll automatically log in with your Epic Games account when you launch Fortnite through GeForce NOW. You then do it the following:

  1. Download the appropriate app for your Windows PC or macOS device here
  2. Launch the app and select Fortnite
