Pokémon Legends: Arceus got a lot of hype upon release. We've delivered a few decent field reports since then. But the crowd slowly stops cheering and getting back to everyday-life. But if we're honest we need more of that open world Pokémon juice.

In the end of January, there were pretty comprehensive leaks that already had us hoping for more Pokémon Legends: Arceus DLC action. Leakers were searching through the game's game files and found hints of expansions for new Mega Evolutions and maybe even new territories.

What do we know about the Pokémon Legends: Arceus DLC?

Two well-known leakers provide very different information about a possible DLC. Before we list them here, we have to emphasize that none of them are officially confirmed really. Nintendo have not even announced any DLC-plans for Legends: Arceus.

However, two well-known Pokémon insiders are currently passing on different information. On the one hand, Samus Hunter reports a DLC that mainly consists of additional quests. Part of it could be new space-time distortions that go hand in hand with the expansion of lore around Dialga and Palkia.

On the other hand, another well-known leaker of the scene Riddler Khu has already announced the latest possible date for the release of the DLC, according to GamingIntel. According to him, we can expect an expansion for Pokemon Legends: Arceus on April 30th at the latest.

He also had devastating comments regarding the upcoming DLC. According to his information, there will be neither new Pokémon, nor a map expansion. This coincides with the Samus Hunter leak I just mentioned in which we probably can't expect any territorial concessions as well.

As long as the Pokédex is expanded a bit, we honestly don't have that much of a problem with that. The only drawback to the otherwise very solid Pokémon Legends: Arceus was the lack of Pokémon diversity. We really enjoyed the game though.
