In Once Human, you can get Memetic Specialization Memory Fragments from Rift Bosses, Securement Silos and LEA Research Lab Raid.
It is an RNG drop whenever players use Controllers to claim rewards through the following activities. So, to farm Memetic Specialization Memory Fragments, keep grinding the Silos and bosses.
That said, the Memetic Specialization Memory Fragments are also tradeable. So, maybe you can just ask for a particular Memetic Specialization Memory Fragments in the World Chat in exchange for an item, Deviants, Energy Links, etc.
Once Human Memetic Specialization Memory Fragments Uses
As mentioned earlier, in Once Human, you can use the Memetic Specialization Memory Fragments to get specific Specializations for the entire season.

Sadly, no! You cannot carry over your Memetic Specialization Memory Fragments to the next season as it will get destroyed at the end of the season and will not be moved to the Eternaland Depot.
