LoL Skin Leaks: Which Skins Got Leaked?

Each patch, we get information on new skins in League of Legends, but not all skins are a surprise, because some are leaked. So, what do we know about skins leaked in 2022?

It seems like we can't go a single day without some form of news about upcoming skins in League of Legends. Sometimes we get information from the official Riot Games channels, but other times, we have to rely on data miners and leakers from all over the world to give us the information we are so desperately searching for.

So, we've decided to check all the leaks about upcoming skins and put them into one article. You have to keep in mind that these are leaks, none of this is confirmed, so there are chances that some of the dates, skin lines and champions could be wrong, but it's always fun to imagine our favorite champions with a new look, right?

All Skin Leaks in League of Legends

We have taken all the known upcoming leaks of the next few patches and put them into this one article below. So if you're fine with getting spoiled, then read on ahead because some of these could be right!

Conqueror Skin Leak

In a video revealing the High Noon skins, as well as the Battle Boss Bel'Veth skin, BigBadBear also announced that there would be a new Conqueror skin which is also going to be making their way onto the rift.

Unfortunately, he did not reveal the champion for this supposed Conqueror skin. He also stated that this skin could come in Patch 12.9, but in LoL Patch 12.9 we received the EDG skins, as well as the first half of the High Noon skins.

  • Conqueror Skin - Champion Unknown

Now let's check out the list of champions still in need of skins, and at the top we see two names stand out. One of those champions is Rell – who, let's be honest, would have fit perfectly into Eclipse or even High Noon, but Riot is sleeping on her – and Fiddlesticks who was promised a skin in 2021 and still hasn't gotten it.

Skin Leaks For Patch 12.12

Patch 12.12 is going to reset the current League of Legends Mythic Shop. This also means that we are going to be getting a new Mythic skin. Say goodbye to Ashen Knight Pyke and say hello to:

  • Ashen Knight Pantheon

Yes, the leaked skin concept for Ashen Knight Pantheon has hit the web and he looks awesome. This skin will likely release with the same content as Ashen Knight Pyke, so expect a border, emote and all that jazz for the same price.

Star Guardian Leaks for 2022

Riot has already confirmed that Star Guardian skins are making a comeback in 2022. Not only that, but the skins will be getting a huge event which should take place this summer, around June. That would put these skins around Patch 12.13 or Patch 12.14. According to leaks, we will receive a total of 17 new Star Guardian skins.

  • Star Guardian Ekko
  • Star Guardian Ekko Prestige Edition
  • Star Guardian Kai'Sa (Legendary)
  • Star Guardian Caitlyn
  • Star Guardian Akali (Legendary)
  • Star Guardian Rell
  • Star Guardian Sona
  • Star Guardian Morgana
  • Star Guardian Taliyah
  • Star Guardian Quinn
  • Star Guardian Fiddlesticks
  • Star Guardian - the new bot lane Champion
  • Star Guardian Syndra Prestige Edition
  • model update to the Ahri and Lux versions

BigBadBear is back at it again, this time he leaked the fact that there would be 17 new Star Guardian skins and confirmed most of the champions we had on the list in his newest YouTube video. With the upcoming Ahri ASU we expected some changes to her visuals, but apparently, they'll also be updating the Star Guardian Lux skin. Star Guardian Syndra fans can also be excited about the fact that her skin is getting a prestige edition. Apparently, Ekko won't be the only one this time around.

The most exciting news, is the fact, that the new bot laner will also be getting a Star Guardian skin. We can assume this will be his release skin, as every champ is released with one. With Bel'Veth hitting the Rift in LoL patch 12.11, this pushes the Star Guardian timeline back a few months. We should expect them to hit League at the end of autumn or maybe even at the end of the year. I guess we just have to be patient, if we want to get our hands onto the new Star Guardian skins.

Of course, we have to kick off the leaks with the most obvious champion on the list - Star Guardian Fiddlesticks. Wait, what? Yes, leaker BigBadBear revealed that Fiddlesticks should be getting a Star Guardian skin. But he is going to be the key antagonist of the Star Guardian universe. Magical Girls need someone to fight, right?

The Star Guardian Kai'Sa skin has been leaked by Ryscu on YouTube. According to the previous leaks by BigBadBear, the skin is going to be a legendary and, truth be told, it sure looks like that as well. Not only will Kai'Sa be getting a legendary, but it seems like Akali will also receive a legendary skin according to BigBadBear.

These are some of the skins which leakers have found already, with a Chinese leaker even showing off the models for Star Guardian Akali and Caitlyn. But we have to be careful, since this could just be fabricated information.

BigBadBear has also revealed on YouTube, that the Star Guardian skins, like the High Noon skins, will be released through two patches. This means we should be getting a lot of new skins. Not only is Ekko getting a prestige skin, but another champion should be receiving a prestige skin. This could be a champion that has previously received a Star Guardian skin, like Syndra or Janna.

While Seraphine would have been perfect for the Star Guardian skin line, she is on the receiving end of an Ocean Song skin instead. But that leaves room for more champions as well, like... Rell. Yes, Rell should be getting a Star Guardian skin according to leaker BigBadBear.

Riot Leaked Own Star Guardian Skins

Riot recently released the trailer for the 2022 Star Guardian event. In this trailer, they accidentally added all the tags for champions that would be receiving Star Guardian skins, or at least the first batch of Star Guardian skins. This event has been over a year in the making, so we've got pretty high hopes. These are the champions Riot revealed in the tags.

  • Star Guardian Ekko
  • Star Guardian Kai'Sa
  • Star Guardian Akali
  • Star Guardian Rell
  • Star Guardian Taliyah
  • Star Guardian Sona
  • Star Guardian Nilah
  • Star Guardian Morgana
  • Star Guardian Fiddlesticks

Ahri, Miss Fortune, Senna and Orianna were also on the list, but we believe that those could be Wild Rift exclusive skins, since Senna just received a new Eclipse skin and Seraphine got an Ocean Song skin. Ahri and Miss Fortune also already have Star Guardian skins in League of Legends.

Odyssey Skin Leaks

According to BigBadBear, a Chinese leaker also revealed that this year we might be getting more Odyssey skins as well. He did explain though that the Chinese leaker he got this information from has been wrong before, so we should take this information with a grain of salt.

Also, only one champino has been named so far to be getting an Odyssey skin.

Confirmed Skin Leaks in 2022

Let's check out whether some of the skin leaks we've heard about on the internet are actually confirmed. Not every leak is correct, but some do come from valued sources that seem to have the insider knowledge that we lack.

Star Guardian Skins in Patch 12.13

The first batch of Star Guardian skins has been confirmed in League of Legends by Riot Games. The first Star Guardian skins are going to release in Patch 12.13 on July 13, 2022. The following champions are going to be part of the first batch:

  • Star Guardian Kai'Sa
  • Star Guardian Sona
  • Star Guardian Nilah
  • Star Guardian Ekko
  • Star Guardian Ekko Prestige
  • Star Nemesis Fiddlesticks

Snow Moon Skin Leak

Well, Riot was a little late today, but have since confirmed that these skins are legit. We are getting Snow Moon Skins:

  • Snow Moon Kayn
  • Snow Moon Caitlyn
  • Snow Moon Illaoi

When exactly we'll be getting these skins, has yet to be revealed, but it wouldn't surprise us if they hit the PBE in for 12.12. With the name Snow Moon, you'd assume they'd be released in winter, but apparently not. Seems like Riot is showing Illaoi some love, good for all the Illaoi mains out there.

Pool Party Skins Are Actually Ocean Song

Previously, it was leaked by BigBadBear that Seraphine would be getting a Pool Party skin. She is getting a summer skin, only Riot decided to call the summer skins of 2022 'Ocean Song' skins. Other than the name, the leaks were right though about the champions!

  • Ocean Song Seraphine
  • Ocean Song Seraphine Prestige Edition
  • Ocean Song Nidalee
  • Ocean Song Yone
  • Ocean Song Zeri
  • Ocean Song Ashe

Bel'Veth Battle Boss Skin in LoL Patch 12.11

Bel'Veth is going to be champion number 160 in League of Legends and she will be released in Patch 12.11. Along with her release, she is also receiving a new skin and it is going to be a Battle Boss skin, just as was predicted by various leakers.

  • Battle Boss Bel'Veth

High Noon Skins in LoL Patch 12.10

There will be more High Noon skins released in League of Legends Patch 12.10. As already predicted by most after the reveal of the 12.9 High Noon skins, we will be getting many more High Noon skins. The most obvious was Tahm Kench who could even be seen in Leona's splash from LoL Patch 12.9. Who else joins the Kench in the High Noon universe, though?
  • High Noon Tahm Kench
  • High Noon Samira
  • High Noon Viktor
  • High Noon Twitch
  • High Noon Sion

High Noon Skins in LoL Patch 12.9

Riot just released the splash arts for multiple High Noon skins, which will hit the rift in League of Legends Patch 12.9. Honestly, all of the leaks were right except for Sion, but as some leakers have indicated, this isn't it for High Noon. We;'re going to be getting more skins from this alternate universe... but we aren't mad about that, right?

High Noon Skins in Patch 12.9

  • High Noon Talon
  • High Noon Talon Prestige
  • High Noon Leona (Legendary)
  • High Noon Katarina
  • High Noon Varus
  • High Noon Mordekaiser

EDG Skins in LoL Patch 12.9

With LoL Patch 12.9, we're finally getting the long-awaited EDG skins. Riot now confirmed this via Twitter, only a few days after the splash art got leaked.

5 EDG Championship Skins

  • EDG Graves
  • EDG Viego
  • EDG Zoe
  • EDG Aphelios
  • EDG Yuumi

The splash art for the EDG skins got leaked on Twitter, which confirmed that Yuumi will be receiving a World Championship skin alongside Graves, Viego, Zoe and Aphelios and not Lulu, like most of us thought

Eclipse Skin Leaks in LoL Patch 12.8

It seems that we've been discussing the Eclipse skins for centuries already. First it was the whole fiasco surrounding the new Prestige 2.0 Senna skin which was rumored to cost over $150.

Then more and more information trickled in regarding the champions and even the skin types, and well... the rumors were right. Not only, did Senna get an Eclipse skin – and a Prestige – but Sivir will also be receiving her first legendary skin! Insane that a champion that has been around for so long will only get a legendary now.

Solar Eclipse

  • Solar Eclipse Sivir (legendary skin for 1820 RP)
  • Solar Eclipse Kayle
  • Solar Eclipse Sejuani

Lunar Eclipse

  • Lunar Eclipse Senna
  • Lunar Eclipse Senna Prestige Edition 2.0
  • Lunar Eclipse Aatrox

If you're worried about the Senna skin, then don't worry, it won't cost you an arm and a leg anymore. Riot has dialed back a bit, and it will cost 125 Mythic Essence — the new mythic currency — which is much more manageable. Thank you community for calling Riot out on their BS!

Ruined King Skins in Patch 12.8

It seems that the Yasuo skin has been ready to go for a while now, but with the delay of the Ruined King: A League of Legends Story, the skin had to be pushed back. Good for him though, because he won't be released alone now!

After the game came out in November, fans took an instant liking to Gangplank and how he looked in the turn-based RPG, so Riot decided to feed the Gangplank mains and decided to make Gangplank the Betrayer an actual in-game skin. Both of these had been leaked shortly before they were officially announced.

  • Sea Dog Yasuo
  • Gangplank the Betrayer

How Believable Are Skin Leaks?

The leaks we're reporting on in this article do not come from Riot directly — they wouldn't be leaks then — which means you can't believe everything you see. This means that no leak is 100% accurate. Sure, there are some leaks which are correct and get announced a few days after surfacing, but one has to tread carefully with leaks until it's confirmed.

Seriously, don't believe every JPEG of a document floating around on Twitter, otherwise you'll start to believe that Pussy Shooter Caitlyn is going to be an actual skin. Though, the image of that skin would be something else, right?

So, enjoy your leaks, but don't be upset if the Bluest Blue Taliyah skin doesn't become a reality. Who knows what Riot has in store for her in 2022, right?
