PC players have reason to celebrate! Spider-Man 2 is coming to PC in January.
On the Marvel Stage at New York Comic Con, it was announced that a PC port of Spider-Man 2, will arrive on January 30, 2025.
After one year on the PS5, PC players can rejoice!
With Sony's new strategy, more and more of Sony's IPs are coming to PC. Spider-Man 2 was originally released on October 20, 2023, on PS5 and now, about 1 year and 3 months later, PC gamers can also enjoy the sequel.
Developers of the PC-port are experienced at doing exactly this, so we have faith it will be great. Nixxes brought Spider-Man 1 and Spider-Man: Miles Morales to PC, as well as Ghost of Tsuhima, Horizon Forbidden West and the new Tomb Raider trilogy.
The last PS5 time-exclusive to get a PC port was God of War: Ragnarök, which was review-bombed as it required a PS account. Whether they do this again for Spider-Man 2 is unknown.
