Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album will be released on November 19, Rockstar has confirmed. That's also the day GTA 6 is currently scheduled to launch.

According to Rockstar, the album will feature "34 original tracks that capture the electric energy of Grand Theft Auto VI's world of Vice City and Leonida."

Rockstar is going all-in on the album's physical release. Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album will be available on both CD and vinyl, with a special edition vinyl available to collectors.

The official website currently lists a CD for $19.98, a standard vinyl for $49.98, and a limited-edition vinyl for $124.98. The limited-edition vinyl comes with two transparent magenta discs filled with blue liquid. It will also feature exclusive artwork and packaging designs.

GTA 6 Album Will Be "Genre-Defying"

Music has always been one of the most foundational elements of any GTA experience. Rockstar aims to meet the extremely high expectations by promising a "genre-defying" musical lineup for Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album.

The current lineup includes "That's It" by Yung Lean featuring Future and Metro Boomin, "RHYNO" by Travis Scott, "Sexy Magic" by CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress, Fred again.., and Etienne de Crécy, "Last Thing You Need" by Morgan Wallen, "Macacoa 2000" by Rauw Alejandro, and "Bright Lights, Big City" by Keith Richards.

That's only six of the album's 34 tracks, meaning there are still plenty of artists and songs that haven't been revealed. Rockstar hasn't confirmed when the remaining tracks will be revealed.

Artists Have Been Teasing Their Involvement

The album's announcement didn't come out of nowhere. Several artists involved in the project had already begun dropping hints about their connection to GTA 6.

Travis Scott and PinkPantheress were among those who teased their involvement ahead of the official announcement, while Spotify also joined in with its own hints.

The album can already be pre-saved on major streaming platforms, while physical versions, as mentioned earlier, are available to pre-order through the official website.

Rockstar has also promised to share more information about other musical aspects of GTA 6 in the future, including details on its dynamic score, which they call the next evolution of the game's in-game radio.
